Holiday Entertaining Keep the party going with icy cold drinks

Whether throwing a big bash or a close family get together this holiday season you will love making these blender drinks suggested by the experts at Sunbeam and oster.ca.

Try these specialty drinks with or without alcohol to add excitement to your holiday party:

Blue Hawaiian

Ingredients

• 1 oz light rum
• 1 oz blue Curacao
• 2 oz pineapple juice
• 1 oz cream of coconut
• 1 cup ice

Mix. A maraschino cherry looks great as a decoration, but a slice of pineapple wouldn't hurt either.

Ultimate Blue Frozen Margarita

Ingredients

• 2 oz lime juice
• 1 oz blue Curacao
• 1 cup ice
• 3 oz tequila

Pour ingredients over ice in the order listed. Blend on "high" for a few seconds. Take lime wedge and run it over the edges of the margarita glass, then, upturned, place the wetted rims into coarse salt. Pour the margarita into the salted glasses and serve.
