Butter ChickenButter Chicken

Claims: No Trans Fat, No Artificial Colours, No Artificial Flavours

All You Need

  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) vegetable oil

  • 3/4 cup (175 ml) finely diced onion

  • 1 lb (500 g) chicken, cubed

  • 1 can (7.5 fl oz / 213 ml) tomato sauce

  • 1 cup (250 ml) half and half cream (10 %)

All You Do

1. In wok or large skillet heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat

2. Add onion and chicken. Stir-fry 6 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.

3. Add Club House Butter Chicken seasoning mix, tomato sauce and cream stirring constantly until sauce is thickened. Simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4. Serve over basmati rice.

Tip: For lighter recipe, substitute 1 cup (250 ml) cream with 3/4 cup (175 ml) milk.
