The text is compiled into a self-contained computer file that stores information in a digital format ready for electronic distribution to your customers via the Internet. The customer downloads the e-book and reads it on their computer screen or prints it out to read at a time and in place that is convenient for them. Not sure how to download and open files? To start the download put your mouse pointer over the download URL link and click the Left mouse button to start the download. PDF file (Portable Document Format) If the book does not want to download when clicked using the left mouse button or if the book starts to open in your browser instead of saving it to your computer then it may be a PDF file Use the following steps. First, put your mouse pointer over the download link. Then click the right mouse button when clicking on the download URL and this will start the download. If you encounter a PDF file on this site you will usually find the following download instruction (Right click and "save as") Download Instructions When you start the download your browser will open a dialogue box which will pop up on your computer screen. The menu will include one of these options "Save as", "Save link As" in the dialogue box if using Netscape or "Save Target As" if using Internet Explorer as your web browser. Hold the mouse pointer over one of these options and click the left mouse button. Next a download screen will appear asking if you want to save your file to your computer. The file is usually saved to your download directory. When finished go to where you saved the downloaded file and open and read the file. .exe files - Files ending with a .exe file type have been compressed to take up less space. These files will typically begin a dialogue for installation once you double-click on the file to execute (activate) and unzip themselves into the desktop or c: directory on your computer. .zip files - The .zip file type means the file is compressed and must be decompressed before it can be used. To open a .zip file you need a program called a 'utility' such as Windows users need WinZip - free trial Mac users need Stuffit Expander -free software PDF files - The PDF file requires a reader to be installed on your computer before you can read the contents of the file. PDF files need Acrobat Reader installed - free software E-books can be viewed on a desktop personal computer (PC) or laptop, handheld or personal digital assistant (PDA's), or any device that is specifically designed for reading electronic documents including...Electronic books - novels,
